Delta Steel possesses multiple burn tables including the capability to burn up to 100’ long and the ability to cut through 8” thick plate. The Hi-Def Plasma cutters and oxygen fueled torches can produce various desired shapes. The Hi-Def Plasma uses a tighter nozzle than standard plasma cutting to concentrate the plasma arc, resulting in an enhanced tolerance finished product that requires little or no edge grinding.
Drilling is the process of forming holes in steel and other materials utilizing a drill bit. Delta Steel’s drilling services include the ability to counterbore, ream, and tap. These are achieved by using either carbide single point, carbide multipoint, or high-speed steel bits.
Delta Steel offers a variety of value-added processes and saw cutting is one of our most common. Through the use of our CNC enabled saws and our nesting program, we are able to save our customers time and money as well as produce cut to length pieces with little to no scrap.
Delta Steel offers several different size press brakes to accommodate almost any project, from 20’ to 60’ brakes across the country.
Delta Steel's robotic thermal profile cutting system can process it all in one pass with the ability to reach all four sides of the material with exceptional speed and accuracy. Our machine combines all these functions for an impressive economic advantage over dedicated drilling, milling, sawing, punching, shearing and layout marking systems.
Delta Steel’s cambering process can handle a variety of beam sizes. We can camber a minimum length of 20′ and up to WF 40 X 397#.
The Delta Steel's T-Split line consists of roller conveyors, transfer tables, and screw-type lifting rollers to speed the process in the operation. Our T-Split machines are fully programmable from the heating process, splitting, and to the cooling process, all speeding the process up and taking minimal time to produce the T-Splits.
