  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate excellent judgment in estimating and executing appropriate size lifts
  • Unload and load steel hauling trucks for customers and company
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, protecting self and others from accident and injury
  • Document, count, and verify customer piece counts for shipping and receiving

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Incoming and outgoing freight tracking and coordination
  • Coordinate inventory receiving and tagging

  • Inspect returned material
  • Attention to detail to identify damaged/defective material

  Oxy / Plasma Burn Operator - Houston, TX

  JOB SUMMARY

  We are looking for candidates with previous experience operating Plate Burning Machines (Plasma or Oxy-Fuel) in a steel service center or fabrication environment with experience operating an overhead crane a plus. Experienced candidates should have the technical knowledge and ability to properly set up and operate the machine, conveyors, transfer tables and machine for a variety of plate steel products.

  The plate burning must be to the size and tolerance requirements as stated on the processing work orders. Individuals must also be able to:

  We are seeking a candidate to supervise, direct and coach warehouse shift workers. The Shift Lead reports to the Shift Supervisor.

  RESPONSIBILITIES
