  Safety Supervisor - San Antonio, TX

  JOB SUMMARY

  A Senior Safety Supervisor leads and coordinates safety efforts across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a safe working environment for all employees. This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting safety training, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement in safety culture across all levels of the organization. Works closely with senior management, safety supervisors, and onsite supervisors to drive continuous safety improvements.

  • New Hire Onboarding
    – Conduct interviews and participate in the on-boarding of new hires.
    – Deliver classroom safety training to new employees.
